Samsung officially released Exynos 9810 Mobile processors, Exynos 9810 based on Samsung’s second-generation 10nm FinFET LPP process, and Gaotong Dragon 8,451. Samsung said that Exynos 9810 optimizes the 3D hybrid face recognition feature, enhances the AI performance, the new MFC decoding unit supports 4K 120FPS recording and the playback, supports 10bit HEVC and VP9. The process can improve chip performance by 10%, power consumption reduced by 15%, is expected to win the strongest mobile chip of the throne.
Exynos 9810 is the third generation of Samsung self-research processor, using 4+4 core big.little design. Four of them since the research core custom CPU frequency up to 2.9GHz, four cortex-a55 small core frequency of 1.9GHz.
